25 years ago in an inappropriate setting, which produced some amusement and good stories but no wisdom.

Anybody have experience with Salvia? How does it compare, as a vehicle for transcendent insight? I suspect it won't remain legal for much longer.

I experimented once with salvia about a year ago.I found the trip to be very intense, yet very short lived.I guess you could say it was similar to N2O in that respect.
Given the opportunity, I would probably try it again.
This video sheds some light on it was like.

I've never tried salvia, but its active ingredient acts on a completely different receptor in the brain than LSD-like hallucinogens do (incl. mescalin, psilocybin, DMT, etc.)--so I wouldn't expect the experience to be too similar.

Far from it on the salvia, you do not even know tht you took it and where you where 10 seconds ago and what you are and where you are going and why things that used to be 3 dimensions are not anymore.

most head shops and a lot of websites, illegal in a few states so far on schedule in others for prohibition, not for driving around or social interaction, stay away from balconies cliffs and sharp objects, get the 10x extract

I've dabbled with Sally quite a few times and grew my own for a while (I even had it flower and got seeds). She speaks volumes in a very short time. For me, she really weaves you into the fabric of time showing a LOT of what's behind the curtain. But she's intense and by no means is she for everybody. Be sure you have a friend around to make sure you don't do anything stupid like roll across the room and hurt yourself. I learned more from her in a few sessions than I did with El Cid in a year. But in the long run, 'cid is friendlier. With Sally, think of it as cramming for a test, getting a bunch of info at once. If you don't panic, the gained information can last you the rest of your life. I've not taken her in a couple of years but the knowledge is still at hand.

To answer the question, with acid it was Oct 2006
